The room was nice and clean, and the amenities were fine, but the price had a major effect on my score. We paid twice what I’d consider reasonable for the room, which I wouldn’t value above 40 each, and breakfast wasn’t included. The location is relatively close to the seaside, but not quite as advertised. Check the distances on a map and decide if they work for you.

We were travelling with our 16-month-old, and he loved it. The place is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and parking is plentiful. Breakfast had the biggest selection I've ever seen at a B&B. The staff are so helpful, and the location works brilliantly, close to the city and just a stone's throw from Salthill. Easily the best B&B in Galway. I can't recommend it enough.

The lodging itself was nice, and someone came to meet us after hours even though we hadn't called ahead. Security felt a bit lax to us, since we're used to things being checked more closely, though that may be normal around here. Galway is just okay, neither terrible nor great, so this was a good place to stay in a town I wasn't especially taken with.

The room stayed warm enough thanks to one heater, even though the other radiator barely worked. Breakfast was available, but I didn't try it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had a good stay.

The rooms, breakfast, and staff were all brilliant. It's a short way from Eyre Square and handy for Salthill. My best stay in Galway, and I can't recommend it enough. Six stars.
