Bettina was lovely and had good suggestions for things to see and do. The room was clean, and breakfast was continental, with fresh, delicious pastries. The area felt quiet and laid back, though the room itself wasn't really quiet, as houses can be. It's a good location, close to the city and easy to walk from. I'd definitely go back.

A cozy little place with quaint rooms, and very budget friendly. It was a great stay, about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre.

The location is good. That's about it. For the price, the stained carpets, mold in the dirty shower, and musty urine-like smell in the room were awful. The bed was extremely painful on my back, and our room was right by the lobby and kitchen, so it was very loud all night. We could hear the noise even with noise-cancelling headphones, and between the bed and the noise, we got no quality sleep. The hotel manager also wouldn't respect our privacy when we declined room service. He said we had no choice and they'd come into our room while we were out for the day. So weird. The heater didn't work in our room either, the first one on the right when you enter the house. I wouldn't stay here again, and I recommend you don't either. See photos.

Caroline was the real highlight of this place. She was such a joy to see each day, incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us top-tier tips for food and things to do. She also handled my delayed luggage when it was delivered, thank you again. The location was really convenient and the rooms were great. It was a fantastic way to start our trip in Ireland, good value too, and I'd highly recommend it.
