The room was clean and came with all the amenities, towels, and toiletries. The lady was welcoming and gave us helpful tips on what to see in Galway. The location is fairly close to the city center, and bus 409 goes there. All good :)

The lady was friendly when we arrived, but the room was tiny, had no view, and nowhere to sit. There was no breakfast either, so it felt expensive for what we got, and we were so disappointed that we wanted to leave early. She didn't offer compensation for the unused night. We had to pay before seeing the room, and if I'd seen it first, I wouldn't have accepted it at that price. 😡😡
