The rooms were cozy, very clean and had great private toilets. We also made good use of the bike hire, and the pickup and drop-off service to the pier was really convenient. Sean, Brenda and the rest of the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, with plenty of dishes to choose from. We’ll definitely be back :)

Everything was so easy at Walkers Lodge, and our bed was clean and incredibly comfortable. Sean was a lovely host, and Brenda was outstanding. She couldn’t do enough for us and has the best smile and personality. I’ll recommend the lodge to everyone, 1000%. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay x

When we come back, my family and I will stay here again. Brenda, Sean and the crew made our stay unforgettable and helped make the lodge feel like a home away from home. They were so friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were snug enough that I didn’t need the fluffy socks and jimjams I’d packed, and our private bathroom was clean. The lodge is farther from the port, but that shouldn’t put you off. It’s a short walk to a beach where you can swim, and about 30 minutes on foot to the famous fort, with little shops along the way. The lodge also offers affordable bike hire and taxi, drop-off and pick-up prices.
