Tom Crean Fish Wine

I was here with my family on a Sunday. I thought the food was really good, but the service was very poor. When we arrived, nobody brought us a drinks menu or told us the lunch menu ran two hours longer. I had to ask twice for the glass of milk I ordered for my son, and then ask for cutlery when our food came. The bill included our food and someone else’s. My wife used the toilet and found it in a very sad state. We told the staff, but half an hour later it still hadn’t been cleaned. If I come back, I hope the service is much, much better.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d recommend the chowder with soda bread, which comes packed with fish, including mussels and salmon. I had a good experience at Tom Creans pub.

Bill is a wonderful storyteller, and the brewery tour was excellent, with plenty of rich history. Highly recommend.

The beer tasting at the end was good, and the guide shared some fantastic stories during our little brewery visit. Definitely worth going.
