I was part of a hen party last weekend with my baby, but the fuel protests left me on my own with the baby. The reception ladies were so welcoming and helped with my luggage. The restaurant brought my meal up to the room, and it was lovely. The staff really made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. I can’t thank them enough.

The food was delicious, and the hotel is close to all the sites, right across from the castle. It’s an easy walk into town too. My husband has a conference here in June, and they were kind enough to show us the rooms.

You’re staying across the River from a castle, and all the sights are within walking distance. The rooms and amenities were great, and breakfast was a full Irish one. Highly recommend.

The location is hard to beat, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is brilliant and never lets you down. I love this hotel, and midweek stays are unbelievable value.

The bar was good for a drink, though I didn’t eat there. Breakfast is self-service, with a good selection of hot and cold food. My room was large, clean and nice, and quiet despite facing the main street. The hotel is right in the centre of kilkenny. One slightly odd thing is that the quickest route to the room is to leave the building and cross the car park, though you can also walk through the hotel.
