The seating really needs replacing or reupholstering. I was also shocked by the food in the bar. I ordered vegetarian fajitas, and what was supposedly guacamole looked like it had been poured from a bottle. After visiting the bar, I can't understand all the rave wedding reviews.

We had Easter Sunday lunch at the restaurant yesterday, and the service was 10/10. Sarah and Jennifer were especially attentive and patient. My son has dietary requirements, and Sarah knew the menu and ingredients well and helped us figure out what he could eat. Jennifer was welcoming and polite too, and handled every request with a smile straight away. We'll definitely be back!

Our wedding on 11th Arpil 2026 was such a memorable day, thanks to Tara and the staff. Tara, the wedding coordinator, was out of this world. Whenever we had a question or enquiry, she replied by email straight away. The staff were incredible, and I couldn't fault anything. The food was beautiful, and every guest raved about it. The portions were huge, everyone was stuffed after the meal. The hotel itself is stunning, with lovely spots outside for photos, and we were lucky to get so many pictures indoors too. The reception area was done brilliantly. In our eyes, it's a 5star Hotel, and if you're getting married, I wouldn't look any further. The beef burgers and desserts were delicious, and the Pinot was lovely too. We had a beautiful Easter Sunday lunch in oaks bar, where the friendly, chatty staff made it feel very homely. Aoife and Ciara looked after us. Highly recommend for a relaxing meal.

The staff were the highlight for us. They were genuinely welcoming and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make us feel looked after. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, dinner was delicious and nicely presented, and everything ran efficiently. There's plenty of parking, which was a real bonus, and local amenities are an easy walk away. A pleasure to stay, and we'll definitely return.
