The views from the hotel across Lough Leane and Killarney National Park were fantastic, with Ireland's highest peak, Carrauntoohill, in view too. Rooms were spacious, well presented and had good amenities, though the hair dryer wasn't very effective, a small flaw. Staff were outstanding, and despite the occasional language barrier at breakfast, the service was among the best I've experienced. Bar service was quick and attentive. We enjoyed the Panorama's meat, vegetarian and fish dishes, and the cheeseboard was great, but the desserts were disappointing. Juan hosted us brilliantly. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The Italian's pizzas and starters were great, but the steak lacked flavour. The spa and pool were fantastic. This ranks close to the best hotels I've visited.

We chose The Europe Hotel in Killarney for our mini moon, and it was the perfect place to relax after the wedding planning madness. The spa was a lovely way to switch off, and the views over the lakes were incredible. Service, food and atmosphere were all amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond, leaving a lovely congratulatory message and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco in our room. It's a beautiful hotel in one of Ireland's best parts. We'll definitely be back.

The immaculate grounds are always so beautifully manicured, and the lake view never gets old. The rooms are lovely and the staff are wonderful every time. We always enjoy staying at The Europe. It's also a fantastic place for corporate or personal events. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel group!

That little nightly touch made the stay feel special: each evening there was fresh water and chocolate by the bed. The bedrooms were modern, comfortable, and finished beautifully, and the food was excellent throughout our five nights. The staff were warm and professional, and the gym and outdoor pool were highlights. The pool views are hard to beat. The gardens and grounds are beautifully kept, with plenty of space beside the lake that makes the resort feel calm. A fantastic five-star stay at The Europe Hotel & Resort. I’d happily recommend it to anyone after luxury in Killarney. I’m still adding photos, so please excuse the odd angle. I was trying to respect other guests’ privacy while capturing the resort. Work in progress!

The grounds were gorgeous, with lovely views everywhere. We also had a great time at the beautiful spa, and the treatments were amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was five-star all the way. Everything at The Europe was exceptional.
