Brennan Court Guest Accommodation

We had a comfortable bed, plenty of cupboard space, and a good sized room with a separate desk area. The en-suite was handy, and the campus itself is lovely. Check-in was a little awkward, and the bathroom plumbing could have been better, but we still loved our stay.

The welcome at reception was friendly, and we had a letter with the key and instructions waiting for us. Security checked us in after 8pm, which worked well. Our room was en suite, and the shared kitchen and living room had a TV, microwave, toaster, tea, and a lovely coffee machine. There was also a washing machine and dryer. We enjoyed the visit, appreciated the free parking and location, and would recommend it. Just to note, no students stay in the guest rooms.

The shared kitchen and hangout space made it easy to store food, cook, and make tea. There were several rooms in an apartment style block, each with an en-suite, so it felt much like a hotel. Everything was clean and warm, and there was a separate desk for using a laptop. I wasn’t sure what to expect when my girlfriend booked somewhere on the University of Limerick campus, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was also very affordable when hotels were full.

We hadn’t planned on staying on a college campus, and it was quiet there. The room was fine and the shared living area was good, but we had to drive to get to restaurants we wanted to try. The office was closed much of the time, which made things a bit difficult, and the heat never came on even though we followed the directions.
