Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick

For my birthday weekend, the room had a complimentary “Happy Birthday” plate and card waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch, and I don't normally write reviews, but I genuinely couldn't fault a thing. The Spa and leisure facilities were spectacular, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere made it easy to unwind. I also had lovely chats with other guests who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Everyone on staff I spoke with was welcoming and supportive. In the Quench Bar, the wait for food was longer than usual, but a staff member very generously compensated us. I didn't catch his name. My boyfriend and I were grateful and honestly surprised by how generous he was. I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone.

The spa area was fab, especially the outdoor jacuzzi, and our room was quiet and comfy. We had a lovely night as a birthday treat, with a good-value B&B deal that included an evening meal. The restaurant food was lovely, though my drink took a while because it came from the bar in another part of the hotel. The staff were all lovely, and the little walk out back is charming. There's outdoor seating too, and I imagine a summer evening would be nice there with a relaxing drink.

Fred in the bar deserves a special mention. He was fantastic, friendly and attentive, and made our evenings even nicer. The lobby felt cozy and welcoming when we arrived, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere continued throughout. Service was excellent, and we felt well looked after from start to finish. A wonderful stay, we'd happily return. Highly recommended!

The restaurant food was delicious, and the service there was great. Reception were pleasant and helpful too. The location was quiet, about a 7-minute drive from the city centre, though there isn't much nearby. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a large king bed made from two beds pushed together. The join felt uncomfortable at times. I'd stay again without worry.
