We stayed two nights with the children, and they were looking forward to coming back each time we went out for a few hours. The welcome was friendly and the place felt very homey, in a great location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and there was a good variety at breakfast. Exceptional for the price, there’s no going wrong with a stay at the westhouse. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was spacious, and both the service and breakfast were very good. We spent two nights with Frida, whose kindness was awesome. We’ll be back.

The rooms were spacious enough for families and very clean. It’s a lovely, affordable bed and breakfast, with free WiFi and a fabulous breakfast.

The room was tastefully set out and felt homely, and the bed was so comfortable, which matters a lot to me. Freya and Enda were on duty and gave me a great, friendly welcome. There’s a good shower, tea and coffee making facilities, and a stylish breakfast area. Handy parking and seating out front too. I’m delighted.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the road noise is terrible. You can hear everything from the stairs and other rooms, even when someone’s in the loo. On the plus side, breakfast was nice and the place is child-friendly.
