I enjoyed Mallow and hope to visit again, but the room needs a much better clean. There was a web between the desk and bathroom, a large squashed bug on the wall, food bits on the dishes, and debris all over the carpet, which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The owner was very nice. We had to keep the small window shut, even though it was cooler outdoors, because employees stood right outside smoking and the smoke came into the room. I might consider this bed and breakfast again if it were a lot cleaner.

Patrick was a fantastic host, and I really enjoyed our conversations. We loved our stay in Mallow. Greenfield House is just down the street from the train station, and the location is convenient for plenty of places, including Blarney Castle. I’d highly recommend it.

Greenfields is such a peaceful, lovely place in Mallow, Co. Cork. The owner is a very nice man who goes out of his way to help guests and make them feel accommodated. I’d definitely stay again.

It’s an easy walk into Mallow town, and the place is spotless clean. The hosts are so friendly, too. We had a great, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this b&b. We’ll be back soon.
