The B&B was a straightforward, down-to-earth place to stay. Our room was warm, clean and spacious, and the electric mattress pad was much appreciated in the cold weather. The host was quick to respond and helpful. It also worked well as a base for trips to Cashel, Kilkenny, Waterford, the Dunbrody Famine Ship Experience at New Ross, and Poulanassy Waterfall at Clonassy.

Marie and everyone there were so kind. We broke down on the N7 and had to call at the last minute, but Marie was happy to take us in. She even picked us up from the garage and gave us a lift into town that evening. The next day, one of the staff gave us a lift to the bus stop. What could have been a disastrous situation turned into a really pleasant experience. I couldn't recommend them more.

Marie and her husband made me feel welcome right away and helped settle my nerves about a test I had the next day. I'd had a long commute and car trouble on the way, and they even checked that the car would be okay to travel in the following morning. The property is beautiful, and the people are lovely. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place or nicer company. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Breakfast was hearty, tasty and satisfying, and there was plenty of parking close to town. The accommodation is on the Dublin road side of Roscrea. Marie was friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, though quite minimalistic. Very cosy overall. Highly recommended.

We had a great rest here. The room was a generous size, with an en suite bath, tea and coffee facilities, and a very comfortable bed. Great location, too. Marie was a first class host, and Indie deserves a special mention. Breakfast was truly delicious, with fantastic options.
