I went to the Serenity Spa, where Sharon gave an excellent treatment. Her standard of care was great, and I'd highly recommend it. The hotel was lovely too, with exceptional staff and five star service.

The staff made a big difference to the stay. Everyone I dealt with was warm, professional, attentive, and happy to help. The spa treatments were some of the best I've had, and the therapists were skilled and calming. I came away feeling refreshed. Food was consistently delicious, from breakfast and dinner, with good variety and everything cooked just right. Afternoon tea was another treat, beautifully presented and relaxing. The whole stay exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

After a medical appointment in Tralee yesterday, we had lunch at Dots bar. Ciara looked after us, and she was professional, friendly, attentive, and hard working. There was a large menu with something for everyone. We chose the specials, roast turkey and beer battered hake, then had Christmas pudding and apple pie. We finished both meals and really enjoyed them. I'd highly recommend Dots Bar for lunch or dinner.

Peter helped us choose from the menu, and the whole team showed us hospitality that really touched us. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. I visited for Sunday lunch with my Mother, who was celebrating her birthday, and it made a memorable occasion for her. Our sincere thanks to the staff and owners for a wonderful time.

The classic room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast came with great coffee. There’s an EV charger in the underground garage. It’s slow, but works fine and was very handy. Staff were so friendly and helpful, with excellent service throughout our fabulous overnight stay at the Rose. We’ll happily come back and recommend it to others.
