The guest living room was a lovely extra. You can make a cup of tea or coffee there and settle in. We felt completely at home at Belmont House, thanks to the warm, accommodating hosts, the large spotless room with its thoughtful, high-quality furnishings, and a fantastic breakfast in the sunny breakfast room. We've stayed in several B&Bs on our road trip around Ireland, and this was by far the best. We'd give it ten stars if we could and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Eileen was such a lovely, helpful host, and very informative too. She and her husband make really good pancakes for breakfast. The house is beautiful, with a great lounge area, and everything was spotless. You can park around five cars, and it's about a ten-minute drive to the city centre, mostly straight ahead. My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay.

Our room was lovely and clean, and the interior suited it perfectly. The hostess was even lovelier, and we had a very good Irish breakfast. Everything felt just right. Full recommendation!

Such a cosy, warm, comfortable and clean home, with people who are great with families and never make anything feel like a bother. They even left a sandwich in my room at night, which was a really nice gesture. I've been here six weeks while working away from home, and all is good. It's a pleasure staying here.
