Castlecourt Hotel

Parking my Land Cruiser securely on site without an extra charge was a real bonus. We also had a superb spa visit: the thermal suite was relaxing and well cared for, and my wife and I both loved our Swedish massages and facials. The room felt like a treat, especially with its beautiful four poster bed. Heating and air conditioning worked very well, the shower stayed powerful, and the linen and towels were excellent. The cleaning team were friendly, and the front of house staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently good food. We had a fantastic stay at the The Castlecourt Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Five stars, I’d highly recommend it.

Our small wedding turned out to be unforgettable, thanks in large part to the team here. We hadn't planned the wedding with the hotel, but they made the day feel so special. We even ended up spending the rest of the evening in the hotel bar instead of going on the planned pub-crawl. We chose to stay here and eat in their restaurant, and several of our guests booked rooms too. The food was amazing, and the service made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were superb, with big comfortable beds and lovely showers with great pressure. Every member of the team made us feel special. If I could give this wonderful place 10/5 stars, I would. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

The beds were comfortable, the room was well appointed, and customer service was great throughout. It’s an elegant hotel within walking distance of lots of activities. Guests can also use either of the two underground parking garages for free. The WiFi was the reason I took off a star. At 19 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload, it was the second slowest I’ve had at a hotel in Ireland. It was still fast enough to stream movies, though.

Vinnie, Liz, Rhona and Jamie made the planning and the day itself run smoothly. Their organisation, care with details, and calm professionalism meant all our personal touches came together just as we wanted. A huge thank you to all four of them. The venue looked beautiful, and our guests kept complimenting the food and the hotel. Everything flowed effortlessly, so we could relax and enjoy every moment. Our wedding at the Castlecourt Hotel was outstanding from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend it highly enough for weddings or other special occasions.
