We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the staff were knowledgeable and ready to help with anything. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding, and the breakfast box had enough in it to keep us fed for the whole day. Highly recommend.

The room is on the small side, really more suited to one person, but it was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and shower. Having coffee in the room was a nice touch. Both reception and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. For the price, Prima Vera was better than I expected. It’s right in the center and within walking distance of everything. One tip, ask for floors 7-12.

The room was a mess, with dirt, broken drawers, broken light fixtures, a bathroom hook that came off in my hand, and a leak under the sink. Worst of all, the mattress springs pushed into my back and ribs so badly that I lined the bed with a towel and my coat, but still couldn’t sleep. The toilet wouldn’t flush, so I called maintenance. A man supposedly fixed it within two hours, but it broke again a few hours later. I told the hotel, and they said they couldn’t move us to another room that evening. I’m a senior citizen, and at two in the morning I had to get dressed and go downstairs to use the lobby toilet. Completely unacceptable. This hotel is awful beyond words. Avoid it.

The only thing going for this place is the location. For what we paid, we expected the hotel shown in the ad and got something more like a youth hostel. The rooms and beds are tiny, and if you sleep on your side, don’t go. You feel every spring, and I woke up sore and bruised. The room was dirty, too, and the front desk controls the AC. Nope, nope, nope. Pick the location, but stay somewhere else.

Had a good rest and couldn’t ask for more. The room was clean and even had snacks. It’s an easy walk to the old city, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.
