The breakfast was reasonable, though there weren't many hot dishes. The room was small but comfortable, with a decent bathroom, and it was clean enough. Still, the price felt high for what you get, and the internet was very slow, under 10 mbps, so bring a sim card for data. The room faced one of the noisiest streets, and with the window shut it got too hot to sleep. The AC apparently wasn't running in November. There's no desk if you need to work, and checkout is firmly at 11 am. That was really annoying when the hotel wasn't even close to full. I wouldn't come back.

The rooms were filthy and not cleaned at all, and the renovation looked like a complete disaster, with sloppy work, cheap materials, and low-quality finishes throughout. Service was shockingly bad, the worst we've encountered in Israel. The location is the only positive, and even that doesn't make staying here worthwhile. Stay away. Don't waste your money or spoil your time in the city.

My wife and I spent five wonderful days here, and the stay was excellent. A big thank you to the hotel staff, especially the breakfast restaurant team. We were only here for one night, and the room is on the small side for a longer stay. But you can't beat the location, with an easy walk to both the old city and Machane Yehuda. The staff were helpful, the place was very clean, and the shower was great.
