The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable, and just right for what we needed. Parking was excellent. The extra duvet and pillows were very good, and the hairdryer, iron, and televisions were nice extras. The refrigerator was noisy, so I unplugged it, and the air conditioning was noisy too, which meant we couldn’t use it. We hope to stay in the apartments again more often.

The apartment had everything we needed, and it all worked, though the furnishings are dated. The management made sure we’d know how to get in despite our late arrival, sending a video showing the route to the apartment and where to collect the key. Parking on the property was free and available. The property has three blocks, a short walk from the Train Station entertainment and catering complex and Jerusalem’s old walled city. There’s a very good coffee shop, Grand Cafe, on the ground floor of block C, and residents get a discount. Recommended.

The apartment is pleasant, though it could use updating. Check-in was easy, and there’s parking on site. The location is handy for the old train station trail, coffee shops, and restaurants, and it’s not far from the old city. If you buy breakfast, it’s served nearby.

In our three nights there, our room was never cleaned. The sheets, towels, and toilet rolls weren’t replaced daily either. Don’t count on getting your room cleaned. Other reviews describe the same thing, and staff told us it was normal. For the price, it’s a huge waste of money. Look elsewhere in Jerusalem.
