The room at Gil's was spacious enough, and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the place very quiet. The owner was lovely, so we'd definitely come back.

Sami was easy to deal with, and the terrace, full of plants, was a cozy spot. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a shared kitchen, though no breakfast is available anywhere in the village. We had the family apartment, essentially two rooms and a bathroom. The rooms were roomy and everything was clean, but the bathroom was quite small and the interior felt basic and dated. I thought the nightly rate was far too high for such a simple apartment, but what can you do...

I could work comfortably on my computer here, and the place had the quiet, clean, roomy feel of an equipped home that I needed for five days. The maintained beach is a minute away by car; there’s also a pretty, private but unmaintained beach a minute away on foot. I'll come back.

Gil was attentive and ready to help whenever his guests needed him. The apartment was cozy and pleasant, right by the Dead Sea.

The shared kitchen was useful, and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and tidy.
