65 Hotel, Rothschild Tel Aviv - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

The location was good, the water pressure and temperature were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They’re the only reason this isn’t a one star review. We’d booked a “street view” room, but looked out at the side of the building next door. The hotel also lost one of our reservations, so our kids had to spend a night at its sister hotel down the street. We couldn’t control the temperature ourselves: the hotel sets the whole floor to either heat or A/C. We went to bed with the A/C on and woke up to a ridiculously hot room with the heat running. They said the floor had been switched to heat and suggested opening the window to cool it down. There are more than 70 rooms but only nine parking spaces. We had to pay a ridiculous amount to park four blocks away, then walk back in pouring rain. The beds were hard, the pillows flat, and the bathroom poorly lit. Not a great experience.

We’d happily return to the 65 Hotel. The staff and waiters were warm and attentive, and kept things relaxed and friendly throughout our stay. Happy hour snacks and wine added a generous, welcoming touch. Breakfast was the standout for us: a fresh, varied, generous buffet, especially the excellent shakshuka. A great hotel experience in the heart of Tel Aviv. Highly recommended!

We’ve come back for the third time, and it was just as enjoyable. The service was good, and the breakfast is one of the best in Tel Aviv. A hotel that makes for a really enjoyable urban vacation.

The room was a little smaller than you’d find in an American hotel, but still comfortable and convenient. We stayed a week, and the helpful, attentive staff who were eager to please made a strong impression. The place is in fine shape, clean, up to date, and everything worked well.
