The service was terrible, if there was any at all. They call it a serviced apartment, yet cleaning costs $50. The AC was weak; I asked them to fix it and they promised action, but nothing happened. When the war started and Tel Aviv was being bombarded, the safe room’s window wouldn’t close, putting my family at risk. I sent them a video of the malfunctioning window and got silence. Then, when the war with Iran began and our June 15 flight was canceled, I asked to extend the booking under the same conditions. They quoted $300 a night, even though I had paid $1500 for 10 days. Instead of helping stranded guests, they seemed to want to take advantage of them. The only time they called was to ask me to check out at 11, apparently thinking I was still there. They didn’t even apologize.

We booked the quiet One Bedroom Garden apartment on the first floor. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed from home. The neighbourhood gets busy at night, with restaurants, shopping, and Carmel Market close by, and many Tel Aviv spots are within walking distance. Communication with Mr. Katinsky team was easy, and they responded quickly. They delivered extra shampoo the same day we asked. Very accommodating, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We spent 17 days there, three adults in a two-room apartment with a view on the second floor. It was comfortable in general, with an excellent location, though a bit noisy. The kitchen had the utensils and equipment we needed. For a longer stay, it could have used paper towels and more coffee. The linens, towels, and closets in the rooms and kitchen were clean, though I brought my own linens from home. Communication was quick and good. The main issue for me was the bathroom, which was very disappointing and really needs refreshing or renovation. Cleanliness throughout the unit also needs a lot of improvement, especially the bathroom fan and the AC air duct. The washer-dryer was very inefficient: the dryer didn’t do the job, and the manual drying rack was quite small. I hope they address these things. I’m sure we’ll use their service again.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the attention to detail was obvious. The check-in email was clear and made arriving feel almost like coming back to my own place. It’s right in central Tel Aviv, but on a quiet street.
