Fares met our group at check-in and did an excellent job making the stay memorable and perfect. The facility was lovely and very comfortable, and the balcony view was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner were delicious every day. This was one of the highlights of my recent trip. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.

The staff were very friendly, and we got lots of spontaneous extras: a free lunch, chocolates and fruit in the room, soft drinks with supper, and even cold water for the drive home. There were indoor and outdoor pools, plus a spa with experienced staff. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi.

The room was okay, and the lake view was beautiful. Service throughout the hotel was superb, the spa was pampering, and breakfast was amazingly rich. The place is a bit old, but well preserved and maintained.

The history of the area is priceless, and this hotel was pretty good value. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh lox and bagels plus lots of cereal choices. It’s my favorite of all the hotels we stayed at in Israel.
