Mannin Hotel

I moved to the Mannin partway through my visit to the Island and would stay again. There’s a restaurant and bar downstairs, both with varied menus at reasonable prices. My room was a decent size, with modern, clean furnishings and plenty of storage. The bathroom was a little small, but there were lots of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning and heating were available too.

The accessible room worked really well with my rolator. It was clean, and the bathroom was especially spacious, which made things easier with my mobility issues. We were there for an extended weekend for a very special gender reveal party, and the food and decorations were exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a relaxing, charming stay, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful too. Thank you for making our first visit to the Isle of Man so special. I was here for three weeks for work. Big thanks to everyone on the cleaning, reception, bar, and breakfast teams. They were all really decent people.

All the staff apart from one were very nice and professional, but because of that one employee, we wouldn’t stay again. He was an older man with short grey hair who came to our room at night on three occasions, accusing us of things we weren’t doing and harassing us. It felt like he was trying to disrupt our night for no good reason. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the rooms have everything you could need. Still, that experience put us off returning.
