The Savoy

Mary and Ruth made a real difference during our stay. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond every day. We came to work with G4S, and the Savoy Hotel on the promenade was perfectly located, with lovely sea views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality felt genuine. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing, well beyond what we expected. Highly recommended.

My room was spotless, well appointed, and had a lovely view, making it a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the island. The hotel is beautifully kept, balancing charm with modern comfort. Breakfast had a generous choice of fresh, tasty food. The location is superb, close to the promenade and beach, with a great view. What stood out most was the personal touch. The team clearly care about their guests and take pride in their service. I’d highly recommend the Savoy Hotel for business, leisure, or a short getaway. It’s a gem, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

The location is hard to beat, with long stretches of beach and local shops nearby, and the Savoy also caters for what you need with a wider choice of food, a full bar, and a wonderful, well kept gym. The staff are willing to go above and beyond, and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well decorated. It’s clear the family love the place, and that warmth reaches the guests. From the attentive staff to the comfortable, welcoming feel, it’s a wonderful experience. My only reservation is that I’ll end up comparing every future Isle of Man stay with this level of hospitality. Here’s hoping it’s available when I return.
