Bed and Blueberry, Two Bedroom Suite

Cindy made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay at the Bed & Blueberry and went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Douglas. Our room was spotless, the kitchen had plenty of tea, coffee and breakfast items, and complimentary toiletries were a nice bonus. Many thanks, Cindy. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Cindy met us at the front door and saw us off there too. She was incredibly kind and nothing was too much trouble. Our phones weren't working, for reasons unrelated to Cindy, and she let us use her home landline a few times. The beds were comfortable, the little corner table with its tray was a nice touch, and the bathroom was huge, with a washing machine. The place was immaculate, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Cindy also left us a fresh loaf, milk, plenty of butter, jam, tea, coffee, cereal and sugar to tide us over until we could get to a local shop. Being able to cook our own food was great. I stayed there with my husband and mother-in-law from April 5 to 8, 2023. It was my first visit to the Isle of Man, and everything about the stay was amazing. Cindy is a real super host with a big heart. The Bed and Blueberry is brilliantly priced and close to the seafront, and I've already told my family about it as they're thinking of visiting. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The woman in charge clearly cared a lot about both the bed and breakfast and the people staying there. She looked after me so well and helped when I was stuck, which made my trip a delight. Staff were welcoming, understood that I came and went as I pleased, accommodated my late arrival, and let my friend stay, which really made my weekend. I've booked a room with her again for my next trip. Easily the best bed and breakfast I've visited. Thank you so much.

It takes a good 15 minutes to walk from the ferry terminal along the beachfront. The rooms were cosy and clean, and the beds and pillows were lovely and comfortable. There isn't breakfast service, but we liked having a well-equipped kitchen to make our own. They supplied cereal, bread, milk, juice, jam, marmalade, sugar, tea, coffee and butter at no extra cost. Nothing was missing. We'd definitely stay again.
