Sea Shells Beach Resort

The lagoon is right in front of Sea Shells Agatti, with clear water, white sand, and beautiful sunsets. From the beach you can hear the waves, and waking up and stepping straight outside was a treat. Our room was spacious and clean, with a thoughtful tropical design, and housekeeping and maintenance stayed excellent through our visit. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, handling airport transfers, water sports, and island excursions smoothly. We enjoyed the fresh seafood, local Lakshadweep food, and Indian dishes, and the dining area overlooking the lagoon made meals even nicer. Snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving were well organized, and the marine life around Agatti was mesmerizing. A peaceful spot with natural beauty and warm hospitality, highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind.

We had a great scuba experience with the resort’s own conveniently located dive centre and its professional staff. The resort also has a lovely setting, with the sea on both sides, and nice sunrise and sunset views. Staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was good.

The location is really beautiful, with shoreline on both sides, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Service was good and the food was nice, though the chapatis were a bit of a problem. The bathroom water was sometimes salty. Even with those issues, staying at Sea Shell resort was a very good experience.

The on-site LaksDive centre made kayaking and diving easy to fit in, and coaches Anand and Jamal were friendly, knowledgeable, and made each outing feel safe and fun. The staff, Malik, Jain, and Pawan, were always ready to help. They arranged a study chair for us and kept food aside while we went diving. Chef Pawan also made a couple of special requests for the kids, which delighted them. Sea Shell sits at the island’s southern tip, just minutes from the airport, with beaches on both sides. We could see the eastern sea from our room, and a one-minute walk brought us to the western beach for spectacular sunsets. Some of our photos there look almost unreal. The wider Lakshadweep trip was magical from the start. The islands had breathtaking scenery, and the people of Agatti and the surrounding islands shared stories, smiles, and a genuine love of home. Their personal warmth and hospitality made an already beautiful place an unforgettable adventure.
