Royale Residency

The view wasn't great, but that was okay. I was here on a school trip and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was well managed and hospitable, the rooms were very clean and neatly arranged, and the buffet was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Being within walking distance of the Taj Mahal was a big plus. I'd really like to visit again. Thanks!

The food was good, with mild flavours that weren't too spicy or heavy. The hotel was a decent distance from the Taj, and the whole place was clean with well-mannered staff. I stayed for one day during the Christmas and New Year holidays, when good hotels were charging exaggerated prices, and chose this one because it was a known name with a decent rate despite the holiday period. The room and hotel both surprised me in a good way, and they offered a discounted dinner buffet. I'd give this hotel a chance.

Breakfast had a great range of fresh, tasty options, and the restaurant dishes were beautifully presented and well prepared. My room was spacious, spotless, and kept that way throughout. The reception team, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and doorman were all kind and attentive, and their smiles and willingness to help made me feel valued. I especially want to thank Reception Manager Ajay, Front Office Supervisor Rajni, Madan, Komal, Sandhya, Anit, and Nitesh, and Prahlad. Sorry I can't name everyone, each person helped make the stay wonderful. I was welcomed warmly from the moment I arrived, and I hope to return soon.

The restaurant service was very slow, and the staff seemed low on energy and hospitality. Even simple requests took much longer than expected, which made dining frustrating. Worse, while I was sleeping before an important meeting later that evening, the hotel called my room to sell spa services I hadn't asked about. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was the first time one had called me directly to sell a spa package. Those unsolicited marketing calls feel intrusive. Guest privacy and comfort should come first.
