OYO 28240 Hotel D' Seasons

The room wasn’t worth more than Rs100. It was tiny and smelled awful, and the washbasin was so loose that I had to hold it with one hand while washing with the other. The next morning, a man came to my room and kept knocking even after I said I was coming. I was completely fed up when I opened the door and he asked what time I was checking out. That’s not a proper way to treat customers. I’d booked for Rs 1414, but when I arrived the staff said they weren’t accepting bookings through the Oyo app and I had to book offline. When I asked how I’d get my money back, they said they weren’t responsible and my money was gone. After a long argument, they gave me a room on the condition that I leave a 5 star rating. If you’re thinking of staying here, the waiting room at the Railway station would give you more relief. Please don’t go to this hotel 🙏

They made me switch rooms four times over two days, and every room had an issue, like the AC or fan not working and no electricity backup. The staff service was rubbish. This was the worst Oyo experience of my life, a nightmare, and I’ll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The room had too many mosquitoes, and even a simple request took several calls. The intercom didn’t work, so I had to ring them on my mobile. I ordered ginger tea, but there was no ginger, it was very sugary, and it came in a cracked cup. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and the flush didn’t work. Fans barely worked properly, the blanket was dirty, and the bedsheet had lots of dark spots. Do yourself a favor and try the nearby Hotel Grace. It can’t be worse.

I booked two rooms for six people, but the hotel gave us only four breakfasts even after I pointed out the booking. Oyo refunded me for those, though the hassle had already happened. The rooms smelled terrible, the toilets were worse than public street toilets, and wires were left hanging openly. Our service phone didn't work, and the tea cups were old and filthy. One room's geyser was broken; the other leaked. They also used open milk from local vendors, so I wouldn't eat or drink there. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
