We stayed for one night, seven of us, four women and three men, and had no problems. The owner was polite, friendly, and helpful. Since it was winter, we booked a non-AC room and were comfortable. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable for an affordable price. The location works well if you're visiting nearby offices such as Wipro and TCS. Budget-friendly with good service. I had a very good experience and would recommend it.

We paid Rs. 1575.00 including GST, while another customer got the same type of room for just Rs. 1100.00. It felt very expensive, especially with no complimentary breakfast. When we asked for breakfast after 10 am, they said the kitchen was closed and wouldn't serve us. Room service was missing, and daily cleaning kept getting delayed. Whenever we asked them to clean, they said it would be late that day. The TV didn't work, the bathroom shower wasn't working properly, and the bathroom mug was broken. A very bad experience.

We had a pleasant stay at Kei Inn, near tank no 12 in FE Block. The restaurant serves good food.

It felt like an old-fashioned hotel from 15 years ago, with little to appreciate. The view from outside the room was nice, the rooms were okay for sleeping, and the service was fine. The restaurant is downstairs and makes good food. There are also nearby options for takeaway to bring back, usually for less than 1000 or 1200 Max. Just okay, nothing special.

Kurseong Korner, the restaurant beside the hotel, is connected to it. The food is good, though they only serve Chinese, Thai, and Nepali dishes. The rooms are simple and moderate, not lavish, but perfectly genuine. The inn is in a well-known part of Salt Lake, with easy access to the south and the whole Newton area. I'm from Calcutta and highly recommend visiting Salt Lake. I've accommodated my own guests at this inn.
