Mr. Harsh from the restaurant deserves credit for managing the breakfast crowd on his own and looking after guests well. The food was good, and the location of Clark Inn Suites, Agra is excellent, close to the Taj Mahal, Sadar Bazaar, and Kinari Bazaar. Still, the operating staff seemed casual and unprepared, and more training is needed. On Sunday, the water boiler was still off at 9am, and the team struggled to serve around 50-60 guests at breakfast. The front desk also couldn’t offer effective solutions. It was a good experience overall, and better trained, more professionally managed staff could help the property reach a 4-star standard.

Dhruv, Hemant, and Mahinder were courteous and attentive during our family dinner. Dhruv went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome. The food was good and well prepared, and everyone enjoyed the meal. A pleasant evening from start to finish, and we’d be happy to come again. 😊

Sushil and Hemant made breakfast a delightful start to the morning. They were friendly and competent, and the facilities were excellent and thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort. The staff were warm and professional when I arrived, making check-in quick and stress-free. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. A wonderful stay.

Nisha, Sneha and Zunaria at reception made a real difference to my stay. They were polite, professional and welcoming, handled check-in and my questions smoothly, and paid attention to guest comfort. Their communication and helpful attitude, always with a warm smile, reflect the hotel’s hospitality standards. Much appreciated and strongly recommended!

The service and food were both very poor, and neither the staff nor management seemed willing to help. When problems came up, the owner was rude and unprofessional, didn’t listen, and wouldn’t answer calls. As a 65-year-old, I found the stay stressful and unpleasant, and felt harassed and mentally disturbed. I left completely dissatisfied. I’d strongly advise families and senior citizens to avoid this place.
