The online photos were highly misleading. The actual place looked nothing like them, and the stay with my family was awful. The location felt isolated and extremely poor, unsuitable for families or solo travelers. At reception, there was no trained staff, just one unprofessional person who seemed to lack basic hospitality knowledge. Our room was unhygienic, with a broken washroom and a foul smell like garbage and animal waste. It didn't seem to have been cleaned before we arrived. There were no proper door locks, only manual padlocks, which left me seriously concerned about safety. Housekeeping was nonexistent: stained sheets, no towels, and leftover alcohol bottles and cigarette remains lying around. There was no room service, the electrical fittings didn't work, and basic amenities were missing. It felt more like an abandoned property than a functioning hotel. A tragic experience, especially with family. I strongly urge fellow travelers to avoid this hotel completely. There are far better and safer options. It isn't worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

The staff wasted my time and tried to make me pay again for a booking I had already paid for online. I booked D' Seasons hotel through Make My Trip for check-in on 26 July and check-out on 27 July. When I arrived, they said they had no access to the booking. After speaking with the owner, they let me check in with his permission. At checkout, the owner again said they hadn't received payment and had no access to the online booking. Staff told me to contact customer care and request a refund, while asking me to pay the booking amount. If they had no access and no payment, why did they let me check in? It seemed like they were trying to get more money out of me. Later, I saw the staff member's hotel app showing the amount as already paid. It listed 786 Rs., while my app showed 730 rs., so he also tried to ask for another 56Rs. They just kept wasting my time and trying to harass me.

I went with my family, and the staff were awful. There was no cleaning, the place felt dangerous, and it smelled really bad.
