I was in Agra for an exam and, after negotiating, got a room for ₹900. I checked in around 10:30 PM, but at about 8:00 the next morning, staff knocked aggressively and forced me to check out, even though my exam wasn’t until 1:00 PM. I asked several times to stay until then and asked them to call the person who had agreed to the ₹900 rate, but he wasn’t there. The staff wouldn’t listen, used abusive language, and treated me terribly. It was a stressful time, and I felt mentally harassed and tortured. The room was in poor condition too. The staff’s behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. A terrible experience. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel, especially if basic respect and professionalism matter to you.

The staff tried to be helpful, but the place and rooms are in terrible shape. My bedsheet was extremely dirty, and the replacement was torn. The washroom was awful and had no geyser. I can’t recommend this place.

There were extra charges that hadn’t been mentioned when I booked, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The room also had a constant bad smell, and the place seemed poorly maintained and far from what was advertised. Terrible stay, and definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Other ratings look good, but I don’t know why. In reality, the place was terrible: no service or cleanliness, and no water or food. There were lizards everywhere, and check-in for my online booking was awful. Don’t rely on old photos or reviews. These are recent, taken on 28 July 2025. Totally disappointed. Waste of money.

You can barely breathe in here. The rooms aren’t maintained, the washrooms are extremely unhygienic, and the place is very poor and unsanitary. Even a hostel room would be better. Staff were highly unprofessional, and they asked for more money, raising the tariff at the check-in desk. There were all kinds of non-social activities going on at the property. Very, very disappointed.
