The location makes it easy to get around, with public transport, the Taj Mahal, Sada Bazar, and several restaurants nearby. I’m vegetarian, and the veg food was good. There’s an in-house kitchen and restaurant, they’ll bring food to the room, and the prices are competitive. Staff were responsive, the washroom was clean and spacious, and there’s parking on the adjacent plot with a guard. Breakfast was complimentary, served buffet-style with four or five choices. A couple of things weren’t great: the TV only had free channels, and I had to ask for the bedsheet and blanket cover to be changed because they weren’t clean. Staff changed them straight away, but they should be clean to begin with. Outside food isn’t allowed, so ordering from Pizza Hut, KFC, or a nearby restaurant through Zomato isn’t an option.
Check-in was quick, and lunch tasted good. The room had the latest facilities, and the staff were polite, soft-spoken, and helpful with guests.
The stay was great, the hotel was clean, and staff behaviour was up to standard. The price was good too, though I found the food very expensive.
We stayed one night in a room booked for three. The place was clean and well ventilated, and the price felt fair. Wi-Fi was a bit glitchy. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including Subway, KFC, and Bikanerwala. I’d recommend staying here.
