The location is impractical too. Autos aren't allowed on the road, so you may have to walk 10-15 minutes to find transport, whether you're going to the office or somewhere else. The place also seems poorly managed, with no basic facilities, service, or professionalism. At Hotel Blue Sapphire, Agra, I was charged ₹3400 a day for a dirty, disgusting room that I don't think was worth even ₹300-₹500. The shower didn't work, the toilet flush was broken, and staff responded rudely and arrogantly when I complained, as if they were doing me a favor. There was no proper hot water. They said it was available only for one hour, from 8-9 AM, and even then they gave just one bucket. What a joke. Better to sleep in a Dharamshala than waste your hard-earned money here. Do not stay here. Total waste of money.

I booked over the phone and had the worst experience. The room had no fan, the AC was third class, and all the rooms smelled bad. The toilet and bedding were filthy, and the bedding smelled too. He charged me Rs 2600 for a place that didn't feel like it was worth Rs 200. A very pathetic experience. Never try this hotel.

We were exhausted after a full day of travel and work, and one of us had a health issue, so we asked for a room. The hotel staff gave us no clear response and turned us away, saying the name wasn't updated on the ID proof. We didn't get a room, and I'm highly disappointed.

This is an average place for a short, budget-friendly stay, right in the city centre and near Sanjay place. Don't expect the staff to be especially friendly or cooperative.

Breakfast was included in the room tariff, which was somewhere around 3k, but it wasn't up to the mark. They said buffet service wasn't available because of room occupancy, though that shouldn't be the customer's concern. The only choices were four sabji puri or two paratha. Breakfast was also brought to the room, and that service wasn't up to the mark either. I'd advise everyone not to book a room here.
