The staff at reception seemed careless and didn’t respond properly. I complained more than once, but nothing was done, and it felt like nobody cared about guests. There was no hot water, the service was extremely poor, and the food quality was very bad. A complete waste of money and time. I strongly don’t recommend Dazzling Hotel Agra. Please avoid it.

The rooms were impressively roomy, clean, and looked after, and the location was good too. Staff were professional and behaved well throughout my visit. I was very comfortable here, and breakfast was a real highlight. A stay well worth it.

The TV didn’t work, there was no water heater, and the bathroom had no bucket or mug. There weren’t any hooks for clothes either, and the drainage was poor. I had a bad experience and wouldn’t consider this place worth staying at.

The room service was poor, and both the blanket and bedsheet had stains. The rooms were smelly and in very bad condition, with what looked like algae or fungus on the bed. They call it 4.4 star, but my experience was far from that. I wouldn’t visit again.

The hotel is about 2.5 km from the Taj Mahal, and it has rooftop restaurants. My room was spacious and well cleaned.
