Hotel Kanak Palace

We went to Kanak hotel during our trip to agra because we urgently needed a washroom. Under Indian law hotels must provide washroom facilities, and they did let us use one, but it was worse than public washrooms, which are much cleaner. When we asked them about it, they said they understood, but then raised the room price to rupees 1000. That room was only worth rupees 300. The toilet flush was blocked and there was no soap. If you're planning a trip to agra, don't go to this world's worst hotel. 10/0.

Looks nothing like it does in the pictures 😂. We booked 4 sweet rooms. The rooms were okay, but the washrooms were disgusting, and dirt was falling from the doors. There was fungus on the beds. The main thing is, every room has a 90s window AC. The hotel lift wasn't working properly, and the owner said not to take bags or luggage in it.

We held 2 rooms at this property for our trip, but the place was very different from what it seemed, dirty and nasty. I had a terrible experience and don't know what else to say. It really doesn't look like it does in the pictures. OYO needs to improve it or remove it from the listing.

The hotel and service were really bad, and the rate was too high.
