Hotel Kant Palace

Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the amenities were better than I expected. The room was roomy, spotless, and nicely designed. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and the location worked out perfectly. Had a fantastic stay 😀

The junior staff were polite and helpful, and the location is good. But the front desk handled the breakfast charge badly. When booking, I asked more than once whether breakfast was included in the room price, and reception confirmed it. The next morning, we were charged for it separately. That mix-up really affected our stay. I booked rooms 211 and 212 on Wed 7th Jan at about 6 PM. After replying to the review, they asked me to email the details. I expected an answer, but never got one.

The room locks were hard to open, and although there were refrigerators, they weren't usable. Hot water worked at first and then stopped. We were told it had been shut off from the backend. The washrooms were very unpleasant to use, with dirty, rusty taps and jet sprays. The rooms smelled bad when we entered, even though they seemed basically clean. We complained several times, but staff only said sorry and didn't fix anything. The two deluxe rooms I'd booked for a family stay at Hotel Kant Palace, Agra also had poor maintenance throughout. The service felt unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to families.

I work as a travel agent, and we choose hotels for our guests only after a lot of testing. I've had a very good experience with Hotel Kant. The Hotel Kant Palace staff have always been helpful, and I'd recommend their services to people going to Agra. Thank you very much, Hotel Kant Palace.
