Hotel Kumar Grand Casa

The food quality was awesome, and the service staff behaved excellently. The front office, though, was extremely shocking. They didn’t keep what they’d promised over the phone, and the staff there seemed unprofessional. There’s a huge gap in deal communication.

The location was very good, and room 307 was clean and spacious, with a big window. This was on 30th Dec 25. They provided a locker, coffee and tea set, mini fridge, free WiFi, toiletries, and 24 hour hot water, even for the toilet jet. The support staff were helpful with extra blankets, plus a bucket and mug. Everyone from the hotel entrance, reception, and kitchen staff behaved well. Food quality was good, though on the expensive side, with sabji averaging 460. Breakfast had limited items, but they were good: poha, upma, idli sambhar, bread butter jam, paratha, mango juice, tea, coffee, banana, and sprouts. Good value for money.

Breakfast was bland and tasteless, with salt missing from most dishes, as if they’d been boiled without seasoning. Service was slow, too. It took over half an hour to get drinking water after I asked. In the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell from visible seepage on the walls, and the linen wasn’t clean. The mattress looked old and worn. The bathroom was just as concerning, with a toilet seat that hadn’t been properly cleaned. This was a highly disappointing stay, far below expectations for a hotel charging standard rates. Poor maintenance, unhygienic conditions, slow service, and bad food make it hard to recommend. I hope management fixes these issues urgently, because the hotel isn’t meeting basic standards of comfort and hospitality.

We had a great time with my wife. The staff were polite, and hygiene and maintenance were both proper. There’s also a clean swimming pool on the terrace. Hotel Seven Hill Tower is quite near the Tag Mahal and Agra Fort. Thank you, it was all awesome. Do check in without any doubt.
