Hotel Viren Residency

This is the only place I've disliked in all my travels across India, and I really wouldn't recommend it. It's hard to reach, and the rooms are untidy with dark yellow bedsheets. When I asked for clean sheets, the attendants said the laundry person wasn't available and told me to adjust. A plug point was broken, there was no hot water, and the fan didn't work. They wanted money for everything but weren't willing to provide anything. They run the business under the name of a popular hotel franchise, but there's nothing else in the rooms.

The bedding wasn't changed, and there was very little attention to cleanliness. Management didn't provide soap or hot water, and the room service was terrible. A complete waste of money and comfort, I can't recommend staying here.

There's parking, the rooms are good, and the staff behave well. It's budget friendly, offers good service, and is a nice place to stay with family or friends, even just for a night. It's also near Taj Mahal, so I'd suggest it when visiting Agra or Taj Mahal.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms are spacious for the price. It's good value, though the location isn't great. The main issue was cleanliness in the toilet.
