The hotel felt safe, and the location was good, but management needs to improve. Our bed wasn't very comfortable, room service took far too long, and the WiFi didn't work at all during the four days we stayed. Parking was poor, and if you're bringing a vehicle, you should think twice. My car's belt was damaged while parked, costing me about Rs.1500 extra. The food was just OK. I'd give the hotel three stars.

The restaurant served good food, sometimes free for some guests under a scheme and sometimes paid, depending on what was ordered. One dinner was candle-lit, which was fine, but the Bollywoodiya music was extremely loud. The songs were about alcohol, men pursuing women and drinking endlessly after romantic rejection, and corny love. It was hard to talk over the noise. Meals in a restaurant can be lovely without music at all. The road outside could use improvement too, with rubbish and gootkha stains in places. The hotel's internet was weak at times despite the WiFi passwords. Inside, our clean rooms were well maintained, with comfortable sofas and beds, a TV, and a cupboard for luggage. Some rooms were larger than others. There were tea and coffee sachets, drinking water, sugar and creamy-powder sachets, plus a heater for warming drinking water. Staff explained how to use the geysers and get hot or cold water, and gave other useful details. The bathrooms were maintained nicely and had soap, body lotion and gel; the toilet and flush both worked. The lift was in top condition, and the room keys used advanced technology.

I had a really pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and modern, with new, well-equipped rooms. The restaurant food was very good too.

There was no water in the bathroom all night. I called reception again and again on extension 505, and they kept saying it'd come soon, but nothing was fixed. We didn't even have water to drink or flush the toilet, which was a major hassle. Staff behavior was unacceptable, and calls for help often went unanswered. There's no proper parking either, and the service was extremely poor. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and it wasn't worth booking. I'll never book here again and strongly advise travelers to avoid it.
