The apartment was on the second floor, and with no lift we had to haul all our luggage ourselves. Nobody was there to help with check-in, and the host had sent the wrong keybox password, so it took several calls to get the right one. Inside, the bathrooms and toilet were unclean, the bed linen was dirty, and there were mosquitoes in the rooms. Water pressure at the hand faucet was very low, and paint and plaster were coming off in several places. A horrible check-in and stay.
