Collection O 7440 Hotel Paradise

The rooms felt unpleasant in general, with dirty beds and a broken bathroom. The staff seemed untrained. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.

The restaurant was there, but wasn’t working while we visited. None of the TVs in our three rooms worked, and the intercom was out too. We asked again and again for an AC remote and a towel, but didn’t get either. The staff didn’t seem to care about customers, and the service was extremely poor. Hotel paradise felt like hotel hell. Places like this thrive only in peak season and don’t really care about their customers.

Once it gets quiet at night, you can hear animal cries from the rooms. There’s a swimming pool to relax in during your stay, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly, and the ambience is superb. It suits all kinds of visitors, whether friends, couples, or families. While you’re in Jim Corbette, it’s one of the best places you could ask for. Awesome place.

They take the full payment upfront, but offer no refund and don’t pay attention to what customers need. They even demand money for 4-5 pieces of ice cubes. There’s no parking nearby, and the ambience is filthy. The front office was discourteous, unprofessional and raw. The head of staff, Mr GM, was untrained, and both female receptionists were stubborn and unfriendly. They charge for a hotel stay but manage the property as a ASHRAM, kaam chalu. If negative ratings were possible, I’d have chosen one.
