Hotel Nuova gave me a clean, cozy stay with the basics I expected from a good 3-star place. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and they had modern amenities. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay. The staff stood out for being friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh choices to start the day. The location was convenient for major attractions and public transport. It’s a comfortable, budget-friendly option and great value for money.

It’s cheap, but the hospitality and facilities were very bad. When we arrived with an online booking, the receptionist wouldn’t accept it and insisted we pay the full amount again. Even the basic manners for explaining the issue were missing. A manager or someone eventually sorted it out, and we got rooms, but they hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were there for only one day, so didn’t bother raising that. The bathroom was a 3/10, and the toilet seat was literally falling off, even though this was a “Deluxe room.” If you’re travelling solo, want a cheap alternative and can put up with bad service, this may work for you. Otherwise, NO!

The location is very good, but the hotel itself isn’t. The rooms are really bad, and the staff aren’t good either.

Very cheap, but the hospitality and facilities were awful. I’ve been here for a month, and the whole staff’s behaviour and attitude have been very bad. The food and accommodation are third class, the cleaning is the worst, and the food timings were really annoying.

The room I saw was in such terrible shape that I felt like I could catch one disease or another. I didn’t even bother looking at the other rooms.
