We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because it was close to the Taj Mahal and had good reviews. The room was awful and didn’t meet OYO’s standards, even though that was the app we booked through. The AC was leaking and didn’t work, they didn’t provide the usual bathroom kit, and the room they gave us was too cramped to be comfortable even for one person. As a frequent OYO user, I didn’t expect this. I hope things improve.

The location is the one good thing, close to the Taj and in an area that’s neither too loud nor too quiet. As of Nov'18, half the rooms were unfinished. They treat foreign guests like Odin treats Thor, and Indians like Odin treats Loki. If you know the reference and you’re Indian, steer clear.

The rooms were extremely dirty, smelly, and uncomfortable, and the location was bad. The bathroom gives electric shocks, the owner is bad, and the staff are lazy and useless. Breakfast doesn’t arrive on time. This third-rate hotel isn’t suitable for families. Total waste of money.

A dirty, smelly, uncomfortable place. The bathroom gives electric shocks, and none of the staff are any use. The service is awful, a waste of money.

The blankets weren’t clean, and the bathroom was also an issue.
