There was no lift, and the rooms were tiny. You have to buy all your drinking water since there's no drinking water facility. Ground floor rooms have a large glass panel above the door, and it's quite transparent, so don't expect privacy. The linen was dirty, the staff weren't friendly, and they made simple things complicated. I don't recommend it.

The hotel name and signboard look good, but that's about it. The area isn't good, it's far from Agra Cantt railway station, there's no lift or geyser, and even the bed wasn't good. No bucket for hot water either. There was no hot water in the morning, nothing available in the restaurant, and the staff behaved terribly. They kept reminding us about checkout and have strict rules about timing, even when all the rooms were empty. They charged for an extra 10 minutes. They didn't give us the Wi-Fi password. Money looters, the best cheating hotel. All the good reviews are posted by the owners, not customers.

The room didn't look like the one shown on the OYO website. The TV had no cable connection, and even after I called reception repeatedly, nobody fixed it. At checkout, they took my phone and gave themselves a five-star rating. I hope OYO doesn't tell every hotel to do that.

The chef makes really tasty food, and the staff are polite and provide good service. The rooms are small, though you can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop.
