OYO 23071 Hotel Arman Palace & Banquet

There is parking, but the hotel sits right beside a big dumpster, so the smell is easy to imagine. The bathrooms were awful, there were guthkha spits all over the place, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. It's a D-grade hotel, very untidy and unbelievably unhygienic. Don't go. Cancel your trip instead, you'll feel better.

Rooms are decent, though they need better upkeep since paint is peeling in some spots. The food tastes good, and there are local food stalls nearby. It's in the city area and also works for weddings, kitty parties, birthdays, and other functions.

Oyo is the worst for recommending places like this. The location felt very insecure, with drunk and abusive people around, and it was isolated. Staff were rude and annoying, charging money for everything, even if you breathed in the hotel. No service, just charges and rudeness. Totally disappointed. If this is your last option, stay on the road instead.

Dust and mosquitoes kept bothering me at night, and the music blared at a tremendous volume all night long. The blankets had endless lint and tea stains. Clean them and provide proper service if you really want to run a hotel. The most horrible hotel in Agra.
