The food was awful and left me feeling it might be unhealthy. The hotel is in the city, but the forest area and hilltop view are 35km away, and there’s nothing nearby. The bathrooms were filthy and had leaks, and the rooms were unhygienic. I felt that staying 24 hours could leave you with a fungal or bacterial infection. Please take this warning seriously and don’t waste your holiday like we did by staying here.

The hotel has a nice ambience, the food was good, and the room service staff were polite and courteous. I’m taking off a star because hot water wasn’t available. Staff said it was, but I had to bathe in cold water and got sick.

Rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s easy to find and affordable, with the restaurant downstairs and an okay breakfast. Fine for one night, though the amenities need updating, especially the pillow covers and blankets.

The room smelled awful, and the walls were in very bad shape. The mattresses were low quality, there was no mineral water, and the room felt like labor class. We tried calling the hotel several times but got no response. Tea ordered at 7 O'clock only arrived at 9, after we complained. Very bad service, not recommended.

The toilet was clean, and the hotel is near munnar town. They also provided a complimentary room for the driver. The hotel itself was good, but they couldn't arrange the dinner we requested and never gave us an update.
