The food service was excellent, very tasty and delicious. At check-in and check-out, staff were helpful carrying our luggage from the vehicle to the room and back. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the swimming pool was very good. Horse riding was excellent, and I really liked Dayana and Ruby horses. Special thanks to Mr. Arvind for the off road trip. A lift inside the facility would be helpful. It would also be great if the tree house room had a cupboard or wall shelf. I stayed at Dream Catcher yesterday and found it good, refreshing, and fun. It's a great place to enjoy and spend memorable moments with your loved ones.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the surroundings and location were beautiful. Receptionists Niranjana and Raja were friendly and helpful, and the other staff were polite, professional, and approachable. Manager Michael was really helpful, too. The food was delicious and good value for money. Restaurant manager Sarath kumar made sure service was attentive and efficient. The massage service was very professional. Contact the office directly for the best packages and options. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return for a longer visit. Highly recommended.

A hanging bridge crosses the tea garden to an infinity pool and a scenic view deck with a fireplace, and the views from there are stunning. The paths through the garden were neat, with flowers and trees all around. The kids loved the play area and tall watchtower. Our spacious, spotless room had breathtaking views of tea and cardamom plantations and the surrounding hills. We spent two nights at Dream Catcher Plantation Resort, Munnar. The whole property was beautifully maintained, with a calm, lush ambience. We also took a Polaris off-road ride, which was awesome. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and turned out to be a great photographer. The restaurant food was fantastic and the service excellent. From reception onward, every staff member greeted us with warm smiles, something truly rare these days. Their hospitality made the stay memorable. Kudos to the team for making our holiday so special. Highly recommended!

The price is pitched like a premium four-star stay, but the dated, poorly kept facilities felt more like a budget inn. There was no privacy in the room, and the food was below average. I rarely post negative reviews, but this was nowhere near value for money. In my opinion, it would suit vloggers only if they can stay free for promotional purposes. If you want luxury, look elsewhere.
