Oyo 24723 Hotel Atul Palace

The location is convenient, but my room was awful. It was sealed up with no ventilation or fresh air, smelled bad, and had a sticky floor. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with salty water I couldn't even use to brush my teeth or rinse my mouth. Its door had no lock, and there was no TV. The bedsheet was filthy, with hair all over the room and floor. When I asked for a clean sheet and pillowcases, they put the same dirty ones back. There was chewing gum stuck to the blanket too. The staff were rude, charged for every room service request, and the room rate was high. A very bad stay. I'd never go back, and anyone who does will waste their money.

I really liked the room, and the manager was very pleasant. The problem was payment: they wouldn't accept money online and insisted that I pay in cash.

The bathroom was filthy, and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked used. They seemed to move them between rooms instead of changing them. They charged for AC, but it stopped after a few hours and staff gave excuses. The way they spoke to us was also poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here with family. It was a very bad experience, and I'd rather stay at the station.

In just 4-5 hours here with my family, we found cockroaches, hair around the unclean room, and a broken mug in the bathroom. The shower water was hot even though it was summer. The TV didn't work, despite being there, and the extra bed I paid for was only a very thin mattress. Room prices were far too high for all this. It was a frustrating, pathetic stay.
